Essential Job Functions
· Provides leadership to employees using the warehouse.
· Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse.
· Assists in interviewing potential new warehouse employees.
· Oversees the company’s warehouse, grounds, equipment, tools, and product inventory.
· Oversees the company’s warehouse and tool room.
· Maintains proper amount of product, tool and equipment inventory at all times.
· Compiles and submits orders for products and materials.
· Assists in decision making of fleet and equipment when needed.
· Partners with HR to counsel, support or discipline employees.
· Partners with accounting department to manage inventory and is responsible for accurate counts.
· Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
· Operates fork truck.
· Loads and unloads freight of material and organizes within warehouse.
· Provides a remarkable experience for homeowners and employees.
· Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or GED required.
· 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics and/or inventory management or a combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements
· Ability to stay upright/stand the majority of the day.
· Ability to exert up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
· Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level.
